Hi Singh11,

Carl Prekopp lend his voice to William Hamleigh. And he did an amazing job!
You can find the voice actors' names in the credits.

However, in "Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series", he voices Lyman Lannister.

I personally found Hamleigh far more compelling than Bolton

Seeing how that Pillars of the Earth came out before A Song of Ice and Fire, it can be safe to say that Martin had recieved some inpsiration from that story in some aspects. Especially Hamleigh's character.
