How do I get a refund?

The game always crashes after a while on my machine. I want a refund for a product that doesn't work on my machine. Is it possible to get one via steam?

Valve gives 1 refund per account.

A very good reason to avoid buying before testing, but if you cant test it via a demo I would refrain from buying on Steam and buy on Amazon instead then you can return it easy. But yeah Steam will refund under cerain circumstances but you have to keep on at them and not take no for an answer. Its the main reason I am making a move away from Steam for my gaming now.
