Ok, I just bought EU: Rome Gold. I was very excited to play, however I can't play properly because the non-windowed takes away my mouse cursor. but when I make it windowed, the page goes far below my taskbar and nothing I do will bring it into view. I wanted to get EU 4, but i'm not going to waste $40 for a game I can't play. and this way of support is ridiculous. I've searched everywhere and can't find a solution, I even had the same problem with CK2 but the windowed version fixed the disappearing mouse cursor. Someone please help me!

sorry bud, it only works on windows xp/98. i've got it on windows 7 and am having the same problem; if you put it into compatibility mode it wont have such a issue, but it will crash within about 10-20 mins of gameplay due to a infamous bug.

Search for v2winfix , and put that file into your game directory. Now you can enjoy borderless window mode.

The forums for these games are pretty dead. Other games get alot more support because they have more players - or in this case, actually have players.
