Magazine refill

Is there a way i can refill my magazine with bullets? if there isn't a way than whats the point of having an empty magazine?

yes, there is.

press - or hold it for more tips ingame, everything you need is shown on the tooltip screen.

holster your gun and pull out the mag from inventory. then spam the tf out of Z until its either full or out of bullets.

pull empty mag out of gun/pockets
holster gun with ` (also known as ~)
spam z to insert
pickup gun with ` (~) or number of slot
insert mag into gun/pocket

You can if you have the extra weapons mod. Look for it, it's pretty good.
You get six extra weapons (including a pump action 12GA) and some improvements to the game that make it run smoother.
