I want to share the location I've used to complete half of the car combat challenges.

Fast Travel to Deep Friah's and then keep taking the right road and you'll find 3 of Stankgum enemy vehicles heading opposite direction.
If they don't spawn then Fast Travel again like you would after you've taken them on.
