Game doesn't launch (Fixed)

Someone knows what the problem? I'm using Windows 11 and 64 bit, it doesn't launch..

which Windows 11 build are you using? Any error messages?
I am running Windows 11 24H2 here, maybe you use 23H2 or even older?

Ah no, problem fixed, idk why but I had to install C++ 2010 (Quite old one) and the problem got fixed.

Hi guys,

Just installed Mad Max but having the same problem,

Click "PLAY" on Steam - tries to launch, lands on opening artwork with the small progress circle in the lower right, spins twice then crashes to Desktop.

Any ideas guys ?

Install C++ 2010 and the problem should be fixed

No, does not work.
The game does not start - just shows the loading screen and then quits.

Did you installed vcredist 2010?
Try to uninstall it, reboot and then install (not fix installation, its not works)

No, it is not. I've done it in january. Try to change render to Vulcan_beta in steam game properties.

Vulcan_beta shows exactly the same behaviour: The game crashes at the loading screen.
Should be delisted.

Try to change color format RGB to ycbcr 4.2.0 on your graphic card application.

I tried that and same result. I was able to get the game working once by reinstalling the 2010 redist but that no longer works.
