Can't access a Vantage Outpost

In Gutgash's territory, in the eastern area (near Jeet's territory) there is a Vantage Outpost that I can't get to because I can't get up a small step. I looked at a video and they just did a 'step up' but I can't find any area at the step that actually steps me up. Is there a solution or is it something I'll have to abandon?

Aim for the spot @ 3:40, dodge/evade if he wont go up on his own. Took me several tries.

So after going back through the keymapping...I realized I was wrong the whole time. There actually is a jump button. Which is really interesting because with the exception of this spot and one other so far, I haven't seen any need for a jump...

Ive been trying for half an hour. this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. never seen something this lame before.

I too found that there is a jump button in keymapping. Left Ctrl. How lame is that?

Especially since this is almost the only place you would ever need to jump, that i've seen so far. The rest of the content I've been through has required 0 jumps.

I noticed that pressing the shift (sprint) key while jumping seems to help with rock climbing and aim for corners.
