Who gives this mission, and when can I start it?

I'm also stuck on this. You get it from Gutgash and a blue marker appears in the stronghold, but then nothing happens. I don't know how to trigger it.

Is it the mission where the stronghold is attacked?
If so, after talking to Gutgash, there is a guy on lookout somewhere upstairs and you need to talk to him. Afterwards you need to hop into your car and destroy the coming cars.
