Is a second playthrough worth it?
If so...do you have any suggestions I could try to make my second playthrough different to the first (excluding roleplaying, lol)?

What do you mean by bar 1? Oh i didn't know there was a ng+

SPOILER :I'd be guessing you keep his jacket and shotgun, but not his Interceptor..

Oh you mean bar 1 as the first legend rank? Speaking of legends ranks... that 'up to the task' achievement will be a pain.

No i mean bar one of the items you get for completing the game.

SPOILERS BELOW.

As you know when you complete the game you unlock Max's classic leather Jacket and his sawn off shotgun. Aswell as his car. The last of the V8 Interceptors:)

When you start a new game you get to keep the Jacket and Shotgun. The Jacket is not only the coolest one in the game but it also has the best stats. And the shotgun has the fastest reloading.

It was a nice suprise when i started a new game :)

I don't know what, if any, the rewards for getting 100% achievements. But i will do this playthrough seeing as they pretty much all tie in with collecting and doing eveything.

I just gave this a try... Played as far as having met Jeet, and starting the mission to scout out The Jaw, but no jacket or sawnoff...

The Ripper, and Knokshok DLC's that I have, both kicked in the moment I got to Jeet's, but not the completion unlocks... Have I not played far enough in or something?

My second playthrough will probably be a little easier. I'm going to concentrate on balloons a bit more, as they become helpful a bit later on. I'm also going to concentrate on stronghold evolution a bit more.
And while I'm about to go start it, I need to not underestimate the importance of clearing minefields. Easily one of the more boring aspects of the game, but apparently they're necessary.

I also need to stop at those little intel people, since some of them give you 50 scrap and that's damn helpful early on. (On my 26 hour playthrough it's a drop in the bucket, but still).

For challenge, I might wear one of the lower leveled jackets. Right now he looks like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ super soldier. I'll equip the maximum one when a fight gives me trouble but otherwise, it's probably unnecessary.

That's another thing! I might actually avoid convoys until WAY later. I like a couple of my hood ornaments but I don't necessarily need them.

I didn't get any of those extras in a new game.

I can't remember exactly but it was failry soon after starting a new game. Did you use the same autosave?

No, and if that's what I gotta do to use the jacket and sawnoff from the start, it's not worth it...

If u cant keep the cars u have unlocked it dont make sense to me goin into NG+. Instead of that i rather start a NG on new save. afaik there is no bonus in NG+ apart from jacket and shotgun. I am at 92% of achievements right now but dont really wanna go for the challenges and the legendary times. Alltough i have half of them on legendary already ;)
