Drive the rigged fuel truck to the breach point - where's the truck?

I'm up to Jeets mission that required the hijacking of a truck. From there I've taken it back to Jeets base and they have modified it. I now need to drive it to the breach point but can't find the truck anywhere! I'm in Jeets base. I've checked through my vehicle list (Archangels and Custom Vehicles) there but it's not listed. I've looked around outside but the mission icon is on Jeeets base. Does anyone know where I can find the truck? It's driving me bonkers!

Well I'm stupid! I didn't realise I needed to speak to the powder guy. Problem solved :)

I already drove the truck there and completed the mission, but the blue dot won't go away. Is my game broken?

I didn't have that issue but directly after blowing the tunnel up, I'm pretty sure I went back and spoke to Jeet (can't quite remember). Maybe you need to do something there?

Nope it was broken. I has to load a previous save (9 hours previous) redid the mission and it completed correctly.
