Mad Max Refund (Changes Mind)
I want steam to take my money and I've contact steam support but no answer. Is it that because they're so busy they have to take more than 2 days to contact me? Or do i really have to wait 7 days in order to buy this game again? Sorry if I'm being selfish and a little conflicted and impatient but i just need someone to say something that's having the same experience as me.

Ill update any information if it they can cancel a refunded game. That way a lot of people can see how refunds go. I have yet to see anyone that has changed there mind after its been refunded....Well except that one guy that refunded ARK but didn't continue his discussion.

Did you use the correct method of requesting a refund? You didn't just create a ticket to the support team, right?

On all (three?) games I've requested refunds for, my request was accepted within about 30 minutes. After that it took 3 bank days to get into my Steam Wallet. When I requested the refund back to PayPal instead of Steam Wallet, it was instant.

Yup, my steam wallet has a (# pending) as of now i wonder if they can cancel thats refunded while me not having to wait for 7 days.

I GOT a message from Steam Support, please let everyone see this so people wouldn't change there mind at a wrong time. Don't make the same mistake i did.


"Once a refund has been processed it cannot be reversed, so be careful!


If your refund is approved, please note:

*If your refund request is approved within 24 hours of the purchase, the original transaction will be cancelled and your bank will remove the charge from your billing statement within 10 days. If the charge is not removed, you need to contact your bank for further assistance.

*Otherwise, approved funds or wallet credit will take about 7 days to appear in your account. International payment methods often take longer."

Nope i dont have funds for it. I have to wait 7 days or even more to get all my money back and spend it again.

If you're waiting for the money to go back to your Steam Wallet it will take 3 bank days, not more than 7 days.
