Relax.
You can't play PC games on consoles, and you can't play console games on PC. So yeah you have to buy games again if you want to play the console version of your PC game. There is nothing you can do about that.
Keep in mind that you also don't need to pay for online play and games are a lot cheaper on PC than console. Mad Max, for example, is available for as cheap as $20 on PC while you'll have to pay $50-$60 on console.
Taking cheaper games into account and even upgrading your PC every two years (you don't need to every two years, that is just an example) with a high-end graphics card, you still save money by playing on PC.
Sorry, that was kind of off topic. Bottom line is, as previously stated, none of the games you own on PC will transfer over to a console. None of them - not AAA titles and not indie-games. Nothing.
