Black Sands Insignia Help

I have two of the insignias at Black Sands, but I've scoured the area for the last and cannot find it, help?

There's one in a locked room "downstairs". The door is to the left of a water source, and the room contains a pile of corpses and maggots. The insignia is hidden above the door on the way out of the room.
