WasteLand classic mission is bugged.

At the point in the story where I need to build the first Archangel, The Jack. The game is telling my my next story objective is to install the final part to build The Jack, which is the first armour upgrade. However, this upgrade is locked, and it says to unlock it I need to complete the story mission Wasteland Classic. which is the exact mission that tells me to build the jack.... Am I missing something or has my game broke?

I've got the same problem. Says I need to finish Wasteland Classic mission but building the Jack is the Wasteland Classic mission.

Haha I am at the same point. Just doing some side quests now

It tells me to go to gutshots stronghold and I have everything installed but the armour. Presumably it gets fitted there.

Yeah, I went to gutshot stronghold, gave the mechanic guy wires it said after collect 100 scrap and 2 mins later i got fort reward scrap as for taking the camps and stuff, had a bit over 100 scrap, went into menu to install the armor upgrade but the game still says to collect 100 scrap

This is corect.

Go to the stronghold, in the garage press E to equip all the parts (expect the armor), cut scene plays. Boom done.

well u have it in my screenshots, all my parts are equiped, and no cutscene.

Got the same issue. Did some sidequests and unlocked everything I needed before I even got the mission, then built the car when I got asked (even though it was a massive downgrade from my Optimus). Now I'm stuck with a finished archangel but no new quests or cutscenes...

MEDIOCRE! You just have to equip your Opus just like you are told to, this means also deinstalling any upgrades which are better then the entries for the archangel. After i changed my Engine the Cutscene started. So listen careful my children, do not become blinded by your own Arrogance!

You have to equip the default items outlined by the Jack layout or the mission for the last part won't trigger.

I think I've found a solution: Unequip all the car upgrades except the armor one. Then, instead of heading out to the wasteland, choose the car you want to use and choose the Jack.
