Umm can't store the gas can

I'm on the initial fueling up of the vehicle. Filled up one fill as instructed, being tasked to store the second can, and the only things I can do are ignite, drop, or throw. Nothing I do enables me to put the can in the Opus.

If anyone else runs into this, I think it might be an issue about the vehicle being on level ground for the animation..

Make sure you are at the back of the car. Standing at the side etc. will not work.

I'm using an Xbox One controller and it says to press A to store it when I'm facing the back of the car.

I keep confirming that I often times have to move the car a little to get the prompt to work.

Had the same problem when I was parked on the side of a hill. Moving the car worked.

I didn't have a problem at the first refueling, but after capturing the first outpost I couldn't store an extra fuel can until after I drove the vehicle out of the gate, then I was able to put the can in the back.

Yep, did the same just a bit ago, had to nudge the car forward.

And how do I destroy the gate using the gas can?

I have no ammo to shoot it.

How do I do it? Where is ammo??

You have to ignite the fuel and then throw it. No need for shooting the gas can.

Wow thanks for the quick reply!! I will drive back and try again :o

(because of that, I had to rage quit the game just before /:-|)

Ok next problem. The gas can is "stuck" in the gate. I was trying everything, rammed can with car and threw on the gate. Now it's too far in the gate to reach it again. haha
Need to reload the game once again -_-
