I see so what is your sprint button if you have one?

I use the Xbox One controller in Windows 10 Pro and in Mad Max RT is sprint/run and LT is jump. Have not had any problems with the controller in this game; it even shows the correct button icons onscreen for the Xbox One rather than the 360 controller.

I can't sprint with Xbox controller at all.

I am also having problems with the Xbox One controller but for me RT is sprint and LT is jump.

The issue I am having, is the game stops recognising my controller a few seconds after going to the "start menu" where the map is located. Also, whenever tutorials pop up that pause the game, the controller also stops working.

I have to then unplug and then replug my controller back in for the game to recognise it. This happens every time I press start, which means the game is unplayable with the Xbox One controller.

I hope this is just a bug with this controller that will be patched soon. Is anyone else having similar issues?

With my XBox 360 for Windows Controller it's even worse: I can walk and look around with the sticks, but not jump/sprint with the triggers or interact with the buttons. So I can't even grab the 1st water in the beginning of the game.

When I try to open the map with back button, it jumps instead.

When I refuse playing with non working controller and use WASD to walk, I can't look around with the mouse, and such not chose the direction to walk to.

I have latest drivers, OS Windows 10, controller calibrated and tested, no problems with GTA 5 or TW3.

Mad Max not playable. Don't get this, makes no sense...

I haven't noticed any controller vibration yet, but I have only played a small amount of the game (maybe 10 mins). I would assume ideally there should be vibration support. Interestingly I haven't found a game on the PC that supports the Xbox One trigger rumble functionality yet, which sucks.

Based on a lot of the forum posts, it seems the developers have messed up something with the PC controls for this game. I can only hope they will be patching it soon.

Considering there is a Vibration intensity in menu..... there should be vibration support i guess.
But not now :(

My RT-sprint simply stopped working today, about 20 hours into the game. No other issues. Working on it.

Hm, turning the game off and loading it back up has resolved this particular bug.

Keywords: Sprint, RT, Right Trigger, Xbox 360 controller, bug, can't
