worked! thanks
Dude, i have same issue with my wireless F710 . But somehow i solve my problem. I just download drivers for my gamepad and its seems to work. My problem was just similar to yours in every point you made.
press 2, to use a knive
press 3, to use other weapons etc, is it so hard to make that work for a pc game??
I do not use a tiny controler, made for small hand.
The same weirdness on the camera vieuw, drive the car, press 3 for harppon, press mouse right, to aim, pull it with the car, the car turns around, all the sudden W forward become S backward, camera angle goes sideways, pffff, that makes a game pretty unplayable for me.
I can literally blow on my controller and it'll change tabs!
Edit: A very simple trick seems to be to simply put down your controller and use the mouse/keys in menu. Just try not to breathe in the direction of your controller! :D
Weird stuff. But it's worth a try.
Turning down the mouse sensitivity as low as it can go helps. I still have the weird unresponsiveness occasionally, but just tapping the LT gives me back control. There was definitely some mix-up with Z-axis and mouse look for me.
Edit: Tried setting mouse sensitivity to 0 in settings.ini, and it seems like the problem returns.
Anyone who wants analogue acceleration, brakes and steering?!?
Why is a good controller not a part of a glorious desktop PC?
Some games are better with mouse/keyboard, others with a controller of some kind.
I'm not going to play Arma on a gamepad but equally I'm not going to play F1 on a keyboard and mouse! :D
(This works in Rocket League as far as I know)
This was the only way i found to change the z axis deadzones, there probably is a way out there, I just havent found it.
