Be aware that buying keys from unauthorised third-party resellers can lead to Steam account suspension, as it's against the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

I advise anybody who wants to risk- and it is a risk -buying from third parties to read this. Your game will probably work, but you may have it (or your whole account) deactivated.
Edit: you can also use Key Radar[keyradar.com] to determine if a site is an authorised reseller. Just enter the main site's URL.
GMG are an authorised reseller- Steam provides them with keys to sell.
CD Keys are an unauthorised reseller, meaning that they purchase hard copies and then sell on the keys with no green light from Steam to do so.
And as a further point, Steam will usually censor any links to unauthorised key resellers- so you can see that the link posted here has no authority to sell Steam Keys.
Editing it to say 'Cjs' is about the only way around this.
why dont you just buy it off steam you cheap bastard?
Sucks to be you. Quit having a warped sense of entitlement. So because you can't afford it, that means you think you have the right and will essentially steal the game from some shady ass 3rd party reseller? Give me a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ break.
If You cant buy the game on steam for the Official price. You either wait until it goes on sale in 6 months. Or get off your fat ass and get more money for the game.
Nobody said it's illegal- and it's just easier for Steam to ban users they catch rather than try to shut down sites outside of US jurisdiction.
Read your SSA.
Take a look on the forums.
Anecdotal eviodence is not concrete evidence. Just because it's (suposedly) never happened to you doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

That's just for Rebellion, but searvhing for yourself will yield similar results for many companies. You can also read the links within my previous link for instances of keys being revoked. I guess you didn't do that already.
You can also check the many, many, many threads on the forums.
Purchasing keys from grey-market websites does have other downsides though, which is stated in that Reddit thread.
Edit: I should also point out that the keys from CJS and CDkeys (as two examples) are not region-locked and does not require the use of a VPN.
