Please help.

This is the only Archangel that I am missing. I have finished all of story mode. I have unlocked everything in the garage (bumpers, armor, engines, pipes, etc.). I have all of the collectibles except this one car. All Bios are at 100% as well. I already found the tires that were in the underground room from the picture that Pink Eye gave me. I am a bit confused to what I am missing.

I feel so stupid. I had unlocked every thing, yes, but, I had not paid for the lift kit, I had already installed the one above it and never paid for the big mama lift kit. ::facepalm::

Ok, i'm ♥♥♥♥♥♥:) I never bought big mama lift, so problem is solved.
