Night time mission?

So I have a mission that requires to do it at "the darkest hour" and I don't know how to make it night. I just let the game run for it to be night and it takes so long, liuke it feels like the time hardly moves. Is there a way to fast forward the time so I can do the mission? I pratically done everything else to bide time for the most part.

I've been stuck for the last seven days on that mission. It never gets dark so it is impossiblt to do. I play at least three different times a day every day and it is also light. Lame

fast travel to different strongholds/balloon locations...the 2 night missions are in the same area so just fast travel to the area when it's dark or drive there.

To make time travel quicker, you can upgrade a Stronghold. After 2 or 3 upgrades, there's a timelaspe cutscene that plays and turns the world to Night time.

When you activate the mission on the map, wait until dark/dusk to go there by using fast travel. Use the map to get you to that mission with fast travel.

I used CheatEngine, set the time multiplier to x50 and then waited outside the mission zone - takes a few seconds to see the sun set and get night. Then raced over to the mission start.

This is after lots of fast travel to strongholds didn't seem to change the clock at all for me.
