Is this game worth getting 100% on?
I've finished the story and now I'm left with destroying camps and taking down snipers/scarecrows etc. but I'm wondering if it's really worth it, I mean I really wanna keep playing this game and fully upgrade the Magnum Opus but it seems like once it's fully upgraded I won't be able to do anything with it as all the camps will be destroyed and I've already taken out all the convoys, and all the objectives and challenges left for me to do are so repetitive which I'm ok with but is really worth it because in the end all I'm gonna get is 100% completion and a Platinum medal for PSN.

I have all camps destroyed, pink eye territory 0 thread and rest some small stuff remains. The game is boring now pretty much ... there is not much to do really anymore :(

Yeah I see what you mean, my brain is telling me that I enjoy it and too keep playing and complete all the little challenges but it is starting to get a bit boring and pointless

I've 100% the game and got all achievements. The short answer is no. The Up to the Task achievement is tedious as hell, if you don't want to spend hours completing stupid challenges (around 200 of them, I'm not sure) do not even bother. I've realised it when it was too late and I had 1 achievement left to do.

And there is no such thing as fully upgraded Magnum Opus. Yes, you get v8 engine, but it has it's downsides, like everything. Armor will slow you down no matter what, and the car will become less responsive. And so on. So you will have to make choices, no matter how many upgrades you've got.

I don't think any game is worth completing to 100% if it starts to become work. I think what's more important is making sure your fun meter is at 100%. If you think the game is getting boring and pointless now then stop.

This is why I really wish there was a New Game + where all of the upgrades are unlocked for max and the car but you still have to buy them with scrap. We could have fun with the V8 for large portions of the game instead of right at the end. Or do a true hardcore run with mostly the interceptor and live primarily off the land like Max would in real life.

What I meant by fully upgraded was like getting every upgrade or getting the last upgrade in each category

See thats what I wanted from a Mad Max game, being a Mad Max fan all I really wanted was to drive in the wasteland in the V8 Interceptor as Max with his classic Jacket and Sawn off Shotgun, trying my hardest to find ammunition and food and water but I didn't get that from this game, sure water and food and ammunition is scarce but you can instantly refill it at strongholds so what's the point, a hardcore mode is what this game needs and the annoying thing is I didn't get the Interceptor or the jacket + sawn off until the very end and even though I think the Interceptor looks beautiful and I love to drive it around it is very weak and has little to no use in car combat I guess we will have to wait until some story DLC or just some add-ons to make the game more enjoyable.

This is why we all need to selfishly force everyone we know into buying this game hahaha!!! If they make enough money they'll make the game we want next time.

yes fully upgraded V8 a it is useful in dunes and dump area

challenges are boring but other stuff was fun and miss convoys ( i had 3 times storm when i was taking down a convoy and that was awesome) and even minefields was fun i lured a dead squad into minefield and 8 guys just "disappeared" and I almost died :MMWhataday:

I enjoyed getting the 100% for this one, just because it gave me an excuse to play the game more. Most of the challenges aren't really that hard, except for the one where you have to kill 8 guys in one fury. That one was a pain.

Is this game worth getting 100% on?

Depends.
