Not sure why you compare to batman its not the same at all its actually better with no stupid gadget, so maybe you are used to easy combat with gadget? Be a man face up and brawl.
the only thing i find annoying is the reminder information telling me, i could do finishing moves - also they don't make sense in many situations.
Thanks!
Untill now I guess I've misstimed multiple counters.
And my average MM combo streak is around 20-25, with the highest being around 45.
It's just everytime I lose the streak it's because one of those blade guys dodges and throws up a counter at the same time a guy behind me tries to punch me, with the third guy running towards me allready.
It sure is more challenging as Batman to just get trhough the story.
And I dunno, the whole counter system.. Maybe because Batman Arkham Asylum was my first game where I encountered that system. (maybe Assassins creed, but Batman was the first to pull it off).
But Batman easier? Have you tried to do all combat challenges and get gold? I did, and it's no cakewalk.
Untill now I only used roll for uncounterable attacks. Maybe I should use it more in standard combat.
Yeah I've turned off the tips/tutorail messages about 45 minutes into the game.
you can roll and punch non stop and even if you roll into another guys uncounterable charge unles you're complely done the animation no dmg. There's a moment when you're in mid swing you cannot counter. if you're countering, you can counter, but if you're like doing a finisher and that counter icon appears, you're taking the beat.
and close combat needs some a variety combinations of blow hits to order maintain excitement
The only problem with shooting is the auto-lock. When trying to shoot down a 'war crier' it sometimes auto-aims to the guy who has ran in between you and the crier, even though you were allready aiming for the crier.
This one time I had a corpse stuck under the hood of my car everytime I tried to aim the Har- or Thunderpoon it snapped to the guy on the hood.
my biggest issue was when entering a base i'd rip a tire off a scarpbulance. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ added a bit of fun to the game driving it back home. the auto aim is weird, but driving it's not so bad, it reflex times it for you.
never mind just auto aimed a lizard in combat....
Aha! Like that. For me it's ripping the door off and then the driver out. A bit more work, but you get to keep the wheels.
