im lvl 63 i think but it doesnt matter once youve maxed out every perk you dont get points anymore so....pointless

Some challenges can be repeated "unlimited" times, therefor your RW level is also "unlimited". Once you complete them, they increase your level and start over. At the challenge description they say something like "completed X times".

it will never stop as long u play the game and for example u do 30 melee kills u get 1 lvl , u do 25 hit combo u get another lvl well ... this chalanges and much more repeats so u can lvl forever ... anyway I wos very disapointed to see I wos already max lvl when I wos in great white area and didnt even pass the jaw yet

I hope for a DLC to introduce a new progression system and a new game + with much less resources and upgradable strongholds but not for Max only for citizens inside it

The Highest Level that you can actually receive before the game stops giving XP is level 500.
You'll unlock a special area in the Wasteland near Pink Eyes Stronghold
