"Scrotus Kebab" challenge

It requires to defeat 1 Scrotus vehicle while driving a Pickles. The problem being that I have completed the game and had lowered threat everywhere even before so there is no longer a single Scrotus vehicle patrolling the roads...

I know that there is a place in the Dunes that constantly spawns 2 Buzzard cars, is there such a place that would spawn a Scrotus vehicle?

Before someone tells me to run the Buckle Down death run for this vehicle, it doesn't help because the other cars are Roadkills.

Edit: nevermind, just found one trying to do some repairs on the side of the road! Still curious if there is such a place.

Yes there is. You can find a Scrotus vehicle at the balloon to the northeast of the Pink Eye's stronghold.

This Scrotus vehicle respawn is incredibly useful to complete the Lord of War challenge, especially after you've finished the game and there are almost no scrotus vehicles spawning on the roads. Thank you. Fast travel to the baloon, one shot with maxed out thunder poon, then fast travel and repeat.

Thanks all for this advice. Driven past that thing dozens of times and never realized its full value before now, as I'm trying to complete challenges I didn't pay attention to in the playthrough.

I have a problem... the scrotus vehicle is not respawning for me. Even after restarting the game, still no respawned car. Any way to fix it or any place to find other scrotus cars? Need to destroy 15 of these...

Thank you for the tip with the dump area. I found another respawning scrotus vehicle. For anyone else who needs to know where to find it: It's located in "The Dump" at the water source, which you come accross, if you enter the dump from the east. It's inside the scrotus-fort.
