northwest Chalkies location
There's two scrap locations side by side, and I got the open one, but the other one is closed off, so I could assume it's connected to a mission?

But I completed all the story and wasteland missions, so I'm curious what the deal is.

You have to enter from the other side in the other region.

Appreciate it. I thought I went that way once, but I may have just missed it.
Still, kind of annoying that setting a marker will lead you to the opposite side of entrances a lot of the time.
