I don't see anything? If it's the food on the ground your talking about then you just killed a lizard/rat while you where fighting that guy. Lizards/Rats are roaming around the Mad Max world you can kill them and eat them, there everywhere.

in shadow of the colossus, you can find lizards with glowing blue/white tails to increase max stamina. They are food. this is food. I really think its a similarity. check images of the lizard on google and compare it to this.

There is also a christmas tree egg and a reference to the movie with a plane in the dunes and a dying light egg aswell with dead zombie bodies and stuff with a container
