My soundcard is the Asus Phoebus and rest of my system is bang up-to-date.
Fix it PLEASE.
I update Nvidia drivers after each release (tried with audio and without audio drivers), my Phoebus soundcard hasn't been updated for some time (thank Asus for that) but give that a reinstall without any change.
Yet oddly the patch back on 31 August for audio sync on PS4, 1st September for PC mentions fix for our issues "Voice over timing was tweaked". Didn't have the game that soon to know if it worked back then.
Capping fps to 60 or 120 didn't make any difference and neither did VSync or GSync on/off and single GPU or SLI. Playing the game normally the audio is fine but any cutscenes it goes way out of sync. Without a doubt the game needs another patch to fix this for everyone, there are lots of other bugs that need patching unrelated to this audio problem but equally tiresome.
