Pink Eye's survey crew
Where in Pink Eye's tower is her survey crew I've running up and down her stairss for half an hour and I can't seem to find it anywhere. It just seems to be gone.

10 oclock ish from where the front of your car is sitting...go left its behind some concrete barriers on the bottom floor
