Where is the wasteland mission "As the Wrench Turns" Located?

I heard its in friahs territory, but I can't find it.

Deep Friah. You need to reach GasTown area. You start the the mission from Chumbucket in Deep Firah's stronghold.

It's the only upgrade to find. ;)
There are 2 equipment upgrades for chum to repair faster.
If you complete this quest you can immediately craft the first and second upgrade if you have enough scrap.

It's indeed very late game, but I guess getting it at this point should make the game harder.
The repair speed is pretty sick, when you have both upgrades.

It's as late in the game as you make it as well, I could have had it 30 hours ago if I wanted to rush up to the third base, but i've been taking my time and clearing everything before moving forward. Isn't it 4 upgrades? It's the final upgrade for repair speed, it unlocks rank 3 and 4 of it.

You can get it as soon as you get through the Jaw. Top upgrade is L3.

i thought the same thing. Since you had to break through the Jaw to continue to the next section, i thought the same must be true for Gastown, but after sitting there waiting for Chum to fix the car every few minutes, i decided to go see what I had to do to get into Gas town... basically nothing... just drive there. Granted, there are a lot of snipers and way stronger war parties on the way, but i just trimmed down my car to be fast, and outran them.

Good thing is that once you get to Deep Friah, you also get a Fast Travel point added too
