Historical Relic #97 - Where abouts would I find it? [(FOUND)]

All scavenger locations have been looted, so I haven't missed it. Seen it reported on some forums that the relics are bugged. Others saying that they're in strongholds. Someone even reckons that there's one back in Chumbucket's territory that you could find (not a part of a scavenger spot). Anyone have an idea where it might be?

Just going by it's placement on the list. It's the 97th relic. Here's a picture (I'm playing on the Xbox One, thus ♥♥♥♥♥♥ quality of the picture plus light glare)

I'm also missing Relic 97. 100% everything but 1 relic and The Underdune scavenging location.

Found it. It WAS in Pink Eye's Stronghold. Top floor, there's a small sleeping area. It's right in front of a rusty old set of shelves. Doesn't show up as an interactable object. You'll see the little scrap book on the floor.
