I am going to list all of the vertious crashes i have experanced while playing here in this thred. If some one has a clue on how to resolve any of these issues please explain!

game settings maxed out at 4k and 1080p as i am now using 1080p but still crashes.
i was getting 60fps ave at 4k res which is outstanding they did a great job optimising this game for pc use but the crashing is a pain. Hoever yesterday i was able to play over one hour without crash!!!!

Mad Max Fury Road Freeze/Crash Info

In the middle of game play this error occurred. I played for about one hour which is the longest I have played without it crashing. While playing during the hour time I experienced micro stutters/freezes which lasted a couple of seconds each time for a total of about 7 times. This last time was the same like the others but it lasted longer and ultimately resulted in the above attached Error, D3D Device Lost message. What can I do to prevent this error and the micro freezes?

The first list below is the initial freeze/crash reports just before the BSOD of which I included the bugcheck. The game blue screened right as I was reading the windows auto crash report that is generated after clicking on “end program” Once again the game is crashing after 20 min of play so frustrating – when are you going to issue a patch for this terrible game!!!

Verify the game cache?
Tune Nov 2, 2015 @ 6:54pm
yes i did, but made no difference! Are you also experancing random crashes while playing?
Laptop Nov 2, 2015 @ 6:57pm
No, I'm trying to help you here.

Operating system?

Well that OS is probably the most stable supported one to date... I've send you a friend request.
Tune Nov 2, 2015 @ 7:25pm
i am also running the game with settings maxed out at 4k resolution. i have tryed 1080p res but still get the crashes. There are tons of reports online about this game and the crashing. this is the best pc optimized game i have ever played well in terms of pc resources/performance and graphics. just wish they would issue a patch to adress the crashing!!!
Laptop Nov 2, 2015 @ 7:30pm
The game runs 100% fine for me, so it must be something on your end.

Also, you just removed me. Pretty hard to help someone if they just reject your request.

I have the same problem... I can usually play for a couple of hours then, yeah, it usually freezes , crashes to desktop and gives me that same error message. Supposidly, It's not our computers its the game's code poorly working with DirectX... from what I've been reading. Nothing to do but wait for another patch. It also seems to only affect machines that have NVIDIA cards... go figure.

So basically, the game ♥♥♥♥♥ up and freezes because something in its code messes up in computers with NVIDIA in combination with DirectX issues. I hope WB is gonna fix this... i mean so far, their track record with Batman-Arkham Knight and Mad Max has been a little disappointing.

Firstly, Arkham Knight and Mad Max had different developers.

Secondly, the game has worked completely fine for me since day 1 and have had 0 crashes, something on your end isn't working right if it does crash.

Post your full specs + OS version for me?

Do you have AMD or NVIDIA, just curious. Because AMD card users have little to no problems playing this. And sorry, I'm a little busy to post my specs.

And my bad on the dev mix up... but doesn't WB have to at least do Quality Assurance if they distribute the two games as their branded product?

Nvidia.

And yes they do, but you're asking the wrong person about that.

OP, I had crashes too in this game (and not only this). Have nvidia GTX750 , i7, 16GB, win7 -64 etc...not much different. But....they told me to check out RAM chips. So went here http://memtest86.com/ , created usb bootable memtest and launched it a few times. I had one 8GB SIMM faulty ! Removed it, and ZERO crashes in all games now !
Btw, this happened to other users as well. RAM SIMMs can cause crashes of all kinds. Check it.

do you have the game absolutly maxed out at least on 1080p res? im sure i could run the game with 0 issues on low settings but then what fun would that be -- None

P.S. I gave you a reason why i removed you from friends! You have your profile set to private so you have to change to allow friends to view your profile sorry but if you have a vac ban dont bother

It's completely maxed.

I don't see why I need to take it off private. VAC bans show up regardless of the privacy setting, and on top of that I am the moderator for Mad Max, so if that isn't trust, I don't know what is...

hum... thats interesting allthow besides Batman Arkham Knight i do not have this problem with any other game COD BF4/Hardline all other steam games are A-OK... See my son plays ArkHam Knight on my laptop on low settings with out any problems and like Mad Max and Batman on my Mainfraim (lol desktop) are all maxed out and 9 times out of 10 the game settings are to blame! I know if i lowered settings in both of those game they would run fine but i did not spend 3k on a system to run games on low hell i would have just got a PS4 if i wanted that lol so these developers need to get off there a$$ and fix the problem for people with highend systems!!!!
