how to finish the :Jousting with Dragons: challenge.???

i spawn enemy cars in the fortress.. and i shotgun it while on foot. but still no records

The vehicles must be driven by an enemy. The best way to do it is to find a Roadkill/Buzzard group of vehicles, make them chase you, then leave the car. As a vehicle approaches and tries to ram you, dodge to the side and as he passes you, shoot the fuel tank.

Watch out too on this challenge. I was trying to be efficient and use one of the flaming cars to add damage to one of the cars to slow it down while I juked and shotgun blasted the tanks. One of them blew up due to the fire damage and not me....kinda made me mad but, 9 to go I guess
