Report a translation problem
I think someone deleted their answer. When I completed the main story I could still do side quests around the map. You get something (don't wanna spoil what) after you complete the last mission and then after that you are free to do whatever you want.
This helps me, because it's so much better to do a little of everything instead of having to take care of all side missions the instant they're offered.

After playing the game numerous times....I then used a trainer and ran thru the main story quickly...this gave me a save game with just about everything left to do with the interceptor.
I'm guessing that's the explanation for all these missing posts I keep coming across lately... it's happened more than a couple times and I found it pretty baffling, heh.
Fortunately I have no fear of Necro'ing an old thread. I might go as far as to say it's kinda my "thing" ...ahem, anyway...
Anyway if you report spammers: do that in moderation, just in case.
