Go back into the camp and check every area, count the number you have destroyed then search again for the last two.

You could try blowing the remains of the tanks up again. If you get a loud explosion you'll know you've hit the right one, it may have been a bug/glitch as it has happened to me in camps when a storm appears.

u can try using capture mode to scan the area

Enter the camp. Bridge on the right walk down: Shoot 2 cages = 2 tanks: Turn right over the bridge, through the door turn left and shoot 2 tanks: Take out tank before the exit to plane wing: Crossover plane wing. Turn left and midway there are 3 sets of tanks on the right hand side that can be destroyed with the thunderpoons. Thunderpoons located on the left if you climb the yellow structure and turn left.

Edit: 1 set of tanks are suspended by a crane/jib above the last 2.

So you have destroyed the last two tanks suspended on the jib above the four tanks on the ground?
You need to throw a thunderpoon at them to destroy them.
Enter the camp and stay left, where you fought the hoarde of enemies, at the center to the left look up at the cage suspended by the jib arm, Try destroying that.
