LOL What? Rage is ID software which is owned by Bethesda, MadMax is WB and is made by avalanche.... Completely different studios, IPs and Companies.
These are story driven games, Mad Max is about combat and Cars - Neither of which are in Fallout games. Also If you're going to play a fallout game, your going to want one with fun combat which is actually Fallout 4 - that one actually has a building mechanic inside of it, much like this game.
Doubtful - then again I won't support Ubisoft - and if I had the option between the two I would get this 100% of the time.
Anyways, Just cause 3 is pretty good when it comes to combat and vehicles minus post apocalyptic setting.
What? that still don't matter WB OWNS the IP, just because Bethesda used an Engine that avalanche uses doesn't mean that they had the rights to Madmax. Unreal engine is owned by EPIC, does that mean every game that was made under unreal engine is basically fortnite?
However you are right WB owns the (Mad Max) IP but that doesnt mean that there cant be a developer working on a game they dont already have all the licenses for.
Most developers still need a publisher to finaly sell their games but first they need to sell their idea to the publisher and I believe thats easier done if they already got an idea.
Also, only complete tools still use "fun fact" in their speech.
If Rage 2 was published by WB, then you have an argument. That's not the case here. There is no run arounds, Rage is Bethesda's IP and is released as such.
Everything in Rage 2 is just an Improvement over Rage 1 - there is zero connection to it to Mad max. So saying Rage 2 is actually mad max 2 is just complete ignorance.
A Disney representative called Lucasfilm Games and said...
- Hey, we need a AAA Indiana Jones fighting nazi game, find us a publisher who can do the whole thing!
A Lucasfilm Games representative then went to Bethesda and said...
- Hey, we need a AAA Indiana Jones fighting nazi game, and you've published five AA nazi fighting games made by a developer studio your parent company owns, so let's make a deal!
Or something like that.
A complete tool it is then.
I also didnt say RAGE2 is Mad Max2
but aparently you just want it that way
just take a look here, the director of RAGE2 was the designer of Mad Max
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rage_2
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mad_Max_(2015_video_game)
also ID Software is only mentioned second after Avalanche Studios.
That maybe explains why everything in RAGE2 is an improvement over RAGE.
If you are so experienced can you explain how Machine Games (Wolfenstein franchise)
develops Indiana Jones and the Great Circle which will be released by Bethesda aproximately this year even though they are not Disney?
but honestly I have a conversation with this other guy
and killing Nazis doesnt matter there since Bethesda just doesnt own the Indiana Jones IP!
