So, i just bought the game and start the game, and saw a downloadable content options in the main menu in the game. What dlc we have when we buy the game now? Still all?

No, not all DLC was ever released on Steam. (but see Steam guides how to fix it and add them)
Open Properties of the game in your Steam Library and look at DLC list.
