NEED PLAYSTATION BUTTON PROMPTS PLEASE HELP!!

Ok so i've been trying everything to get PlayStation buttons on this game. I can't seem to find any mods and disabling steam input just disables my controller entirely. Ds4 and DsX don't work either:(
If anyone can link a mod or any way to get them that would be much appreciated.

as far as i know mad max completely support ds4? are u using a ds4 or a ps5 controller?

I have a ps5 controller but after many failed fixes, i installed ds4 and dsx but neither worked. I ended up just dealing with the xbox icons as im somewhat familiar with them since ive had this issue on other games. :(

No that’s gross lmfao, you can play the game however you want but I never understood how people were able to play 3rd person story experiences on kbm, especially one with freeflow combat. It was literally designed for controller.

I can never understand how people play games where you need to aim with a controller. Freeflow combat works perfects with kb&m, don't see the problem.

The only games for a gamepad are platformers and fighting games where you need to change the directions often and perform intricate key combinations. And there's also wheels/joysticks and other kinds of controllers for simulators, rhythm games and other rare genres. For all others KB&M works perfectly IF the developers cared enough to adapt the controls and not just lazily port controls from the consoles.
