Doesn't affect me one bit nor my opinion of him.
We got a guy's in there 80's running for office that are trying to lead the nation. Harrison Ford just made Indiana Jones 5 and is set to star as General Ross/Red Hulk in the upcoming Thunderbolts movie and is also in his 80's. Mel Gibson isn't too old for another Mad Max movie, he's only 68...plenty of time for more sequels.
Let's be realistic. the 5th Indy movie is not a hi-octane action movie. Even with astonishingly good ILM's face replacement you can clearly see that there is an old guy underneath the young face, because of his body movement. And that's the main reason George Miller wasn't a fan of the tech, decided to recast Charlize Theron and picked 2 actresses to play Furiosa instead of one. So George Miller's Mad Max movie will never be shot that way.
I have no right to criticize your country from political stand point, but both Trump's and Biden's age are clear indication that your electoral system (and, to be honest, 2 parties political system as well) is failed, because you couldn't find one younger, healthier, more sane candidate (that could represent your nation) than those two jokers you have now.
