Error, D3D Device Lost!
In first a game lanuch after Mad Max relase works for me just a fine but for now it's not working any more. After launch i got a black screen & this kind of error:

Error, D3D Device Lost!

Device Removed, Reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG: Grapich device stopped responding. There might be an infinite loop in GPU program.

Please verify that the latest graphics device drivers are installed.

-And after that Mad Max stoped working & crash.

All others my a game was working just fine, just like this Mad Max in first time but, not any more. I was verify my game & have lates drivers on my old Grapich card what not was still too old to play this kind of games but, im not know why, this game not working any more.

I don't have any more detail for that & i don't give my hardware spect for that problem but, if there is any solution avaible or coming update then i like to hear that, thanks.

Your GPU I don't think is DX11 capable, you can try updating your drivers to the latest version, but it may come to needing to upgrade your PC.

Having the same issue, running on a 660ti, game crashes with the lost d3d device error after about 1-5 minutes.

Bit of a piss off because it actually looks like a pretty good game, was looking forward to it.

So looks like this has been a known issue for many months, I'm assuming we shouldn't expect a fix and just write this game off as a loss then?

The fix is to get a DX11 capable GPU card installed in your system. It's not a bug.

Except I'm running a 660ti which is a DX11 card so there goes that theory.

That's not the issue. I've played for 90 ish minutes and I've gotten the error 4 times. I have a GTX 670.

Yep the issue is most certainly with the game, I've got 100's of games and have never seen this error before.

In fact if you google the error the first results are related to this game specifically, there's something wrong with it but it's looking like they can't be bothered to fix it.

Windows 10 has had issues with 3D cards in the last few months, rolling back your drivers has provided most people with a solution to this issue. It's worth a try.

Would be an option but you need the latest drivers for certain features like Shield Game Streaming which I like to use so ultimately that's a no-go.

I think this might have something to do with in game recording, tried it again and this time when it crashed it kept brining up a prompt to press something like win+alt+t to see in game recording time or something along those lines when it crashed.

Is thtis a Steam, windows or game feature? Does anyone know how to complete disable it?

I can vaguely recal having overheating problems on a previous GPU high end card, that caused crashe's everytime I recorded. I got a new card and stopped recording and ...no problems.
TheIronKielbasa Jun 1, 2016 @ 12:03pm
Well I figurd out that the recording is done by the xbox app which I promptly uninstalled. However the game still crashes, it no logers gives the D3D lost error now it just does a normal crash prompting you to close the program.

Step in the right direction? maybe

What other useless nonsense does windows 10 do to games that I can disable? Right before the game starts there is a white screen with something at the bottom telling you about taking screenshots, what is causing that?
