Invisible/ see through Vehicles and certain objects
Played through this game originally on PS4 years ago with no issues. Wanting to replay on my PC but there is an extremely noticeable and annoying visual bug where alot of props are see through and even the player vehicle and some enemy vehicles are completely invisible.

Seems to be occurring regardless of settings.

Anyone else know of this issue and know whats going wrong here?

What GPU / driver / OS?

Installed this today and have the same issues. Win 11 (22622.575), i9-12900K, RTX 3080 12G, Driver version 516.94 and all other drivers up to date.

Hmm. 2 ideas.

1: Try DXVK Async
2: Try installing ReShade and unselecting the Use Depth Buffer in the 2nd Tab at the top from ReShade.

Yeah look I'm abit stubborn (and retarded) I had changed all visual settings to attempt to fix the issue, leaving vsync until last... As soon as I turned it on matching my 144hz monitor refresh rate the invisible props literally phased back into solid textures as I unpaused. I'm an FPS ♥♥♥♥♥ now that I upgraded my setup so I turn Vsync off with most games but having it on in this instance seems to have resolved my issue. Not sure if you're in the same boat Mr_ALLroy.

Ah. You let the game run at hundred of fps. Yeah, don't do that.

yeah apparently lol
So, I'm not exactly sitting behind a "gaming rig" here, but because it was able to handle all other Monolith/WB/Netheralms titles that interest me, I've finally decided to give ol' Max a go here.
For the most part the game works fine and is enjoyable throughout, but it is also one of the glitchiest, laggiest games I've played in a long time.
Today I died during a "Top Dogg" fight, because a freak wind blew me off the arena. It was like one of these "Skyrim" videos when a character falls from the sky.
I experience "phasing objects", like debris melting into environment, but so far no "invisibility". Oh, I got stuck once after finishing a foe with "Gutshot" who was under a sun shade, couldn't get out from under the shade, luckily I was able to "fast travel".
3 crashes in 50h. Guess that's okay. Anyways, neat game all around, but a few technical issues certainly.

I'm about 25 hours in and have had no real bugs as of yet.
I did have a enemies car just disappear in the middle of car combat once, but apart from that it's been pretty smooth.
1st time I got invisibility! After Chum took the Opus back to the ship, when I got there the car looked "stripped down". I thought it was part of the story until I noticed the decals and the invisible door to get into the car. Was able to fix it by going to the garage menu and flipping through some stuff.
In my case, this stuff usually happens because my cpu gets out of breath. Sometimes it helps to switch priority to high for the game in task manager.

I fixed this by changing my game from fullscreen to borderless.
