a penny saved challenge

idk how to complete a penny saved challenge, i get scrap from scarp crew somewhere 700 and if i am idle then i get 200-300 scrap but even if i get 700 scrap it still wont show me like i have completed it. Did i miss something?? i even took screenshot of it when i got over 700 scrap just in case

I think you didn't read it correctly. Penny saved is for scrap collected while you are offline and not playing.

Since the servers no longer exist, you can't collect scrap offline.

You collecting scrap in game is something else entirely.

You can't get that either unless you cheat, the server does not exist for it

You can however use a save game from someone who already earned it and it will still trigger

Ibrida, How far thru the game are you..? I have a save you can use but it is somewhat early in the game.

i have completed all tasks, side missions, story mission,s all collection stuff is 100%, all encounter, all threat is on 0, only couple of challenges are not completed, but its okay
