Jeet's Territory Threat Stuck

Okay, so please go easy on me, I've read plenty of old threads, but none seem to have quite what I'm having.

In the 5 regions of Jeet's Territory (Dry Gustie, Balefire, etc.) I have completed ALL tasks according to the map. Everything is checkmarked. I even found the minefield that many other reported as a glitch. The map says everything is complete, but threat is showing about 1/3 of the way up on 1.

I even got the achievement Jeet Thrives, for reducing the threat in the area to 0 (though that may just be the Balefire region based on wording).

Are there threats that won't show on the map until later in the game? Do I need to complete all versions of the death races? What else can I do to reduce threat? Or is this simply broken?

It certainly looks like a bug. I have never run into this bug, but I have heard of people who have. The pics show that everything is clear as you said...

Fuel Veins is part of Jeet's territory, you can see in that last picture that it is outlined in the thick yellow line

Ah, a simple solution then. In every thread I'd seen, people referred to 5 territories for Jeet. Maybe they weren't counting Chumbucket's area. Thanks!
