Tomb of the Rider Not Showing on Map

I have the "Drive to the Tomb of the Rider" mission but no clue to it's location. Why is it not on the map? The log says nothing about where it is.

I was just coming back to say I found it. I didn't look too hard for it in the south because I expected that it would be in one of the northern regions. I noticed it when I exited Gutgash's stronghold and saw it right away when I opened the map to fast travel and there it was.
