Overlook camp (Missing Insignia?)

I have found 2 of them but one is missing any ideas?

I think I know which one you probably missed. When you go down to the bottem area, where you fight the ferrals, and you go thru the area next to one of the "tanks" where you fight two guys there is a opening in the rock wall.

Go thru that and you will find a maggot corpse and an insignia.
