Great White Epic Jumps?

im trying to 100% complete this game, i have done/gotten everything so far. The last thing i need is to complete the epic jumps in the great white objective. I hit them all as far as i know during my playthrough and there are no more ramp icons on the map. i dont know if i messed something up or if its a bug, but ive been driving around aimlessly for way too long trying to find it. are there any hidden jumps in the game or am i missing something? HELP!

talk to the outsiders (or whatever they are called in your language version), this should be a two-part mission with additional ramps received once the first set is done.

do you know where to find the outsiders? Ive completely cleared the map. There are literally zero interactable icons on my map.
