what glitch?
usually exiting and restarting the game will fix all minor glitches

Sounds like your just missing some of them here is a video of all the stuff in that camp close to the end you can see blows up one set of tanks has like 3 in it and the the two hanging over the sides.

yep, the game had a couple of glitches but not with the loot. You need to look harder

PS4 didn't work, but now on MAC I came back and it worked.
