Need tips for time bomb death run

Anyone has tips of this type of race? I keep getting hit through back tires and rotated + slow down my cars. Sometimes, mob cars ram me sideways and letting my car HP drop until I explodes. I'm desperate to get at least winning before getting legendary time.

I'd say just optimize your tyres before the mission and your car for max armour and just a lvl 1/2 bumper, you'll notice different tyres work better on different surfaces. Spam those poon's any chance you get - they're heat seeking so you just literally point and shoot. I think for the whole game this mission is by far the hardest. But just keep grinding at the race and you'll get a hang of it. (also there are healing stations around the track aswell, 2 of them i think - heal up every time you pass them if you need it).

THAT was the death run that made me vow NEVER to attempt any more races unless they were required for storyline progression. All the vehicles you're forced to choose from SUCK, and the other cars are just SLIGHTLY faster than yours.

My tip? Don't bother with it, or any other—unless you HAVE to. Twenty failed attempts taught me that lesson.
