Night-Time Blues & Crow Dazzle's Car

Okay, so I'm running around in the dunes knocking out scavenging locations, just for Hershey-squirts and giggles, when I find this car that won't let me drive it. I'm lookin' at it and frowning, because I know I want this car. There are two entrances to the buried-in-sand structure, in the concrete overhead, which you can use to enter on foot, and another entrance with a gate of indeterminate strength showing daylight beyond.

I drove around that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ area for like fifteen minutes before I became frustrated and drove off to see about that first night-time mission. Time is at a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ standstill, so I look online to see if there's any way to make time pass—and I see a screenshot of a Wasteland mission objective, "Find Crow Dazzle's Car."

Then I understood about that damned undrivable barbed car and the now-you-see-it and now-you-don't gated entrance: The breach-and-drive-in entrance unlocks for that mission.

So, now I have to run around scavenging until nightfall, there being no way to make time pass other than just screw around. All my projects are built, so I can't "buy a scrap upgrade" like those fidgin' idjits three years ago kept suggesting….
