Missing 2 scarecrows
On the map there is no more icon for scarecrows, however, I am still missing 1 scarecrow from reek hills and 1 scarecrow from cadavanaugh that prevents me from getting the achivement

You don't pick up all of them from the balloons, have you tried just driving around or you could check out a map picture from google or Youtube and go round the locations if it makes it easier to keep track of where you have been.

Same thing for minefields, might have to drive around with the dog for those.
