you don't ...the game will tell you when to go there...after that it's open.

Forgot about that....can you go to Pink Eye, Deep Friah and Gastown early in the game or will it mess up the game progress by not blowing up the Jaw first?

I thought that side mission only unlocks after The Jaw main mission
